SmartScout is a hub for ambitious “killers” who bring tenacity and drive to their work.
We got the ball rolling with our first webinar, an upgrade to the development team, and 75 signups in just the first week. By the end of December, we were getting at least one sale per day.
With the launch of Scope, our first enterprise tool, SmartScout went from being a trinket just for garage sellers to an essential toolbox for big brands and industry leaders. Our social media presence boomed and SmartScout reached 1,000 subscribers.
Our Seller Map feature grabbed the attention of the Amazon space and went viral on Reddit. Between the increased attention, a growing team of innovators, and getting our foot in the ‘events’ door, SmartScout crossed the line of $1M in annual recurring revenue.
With a brand new recording studio, a set of viral videos, a SmartScout sponsored conference, and pricing/plan optimizations, we doubled our subscriber count to over 2,000.
A major redesign gave SmartScout the professional, polished (and a lot less purple) look that reflects the level it’s performing at. We hit a 72 domain rating, reached $1M a year in enterprise sales, launched a Chrome extension , and got quoted in Forbes Magazine.
Not even considering an appearance in The Wall Street Journal, SmartScout made history with several innovative product launches. We released Custom Segments, Pricing Intelligence, Buy Box Map (an industry first), Scope 3.0, and many more. This led to and $3M in all-time affiliate sales and 3,000 subscribers reached.
