Ad Spy and Share of Voice Add-On Accounts Working Again for Business
From October 22 to October 27, 2026, Business plan accounts with the Ad Spy or Share of Voice add-on could see the error "System user attribute configuration error" when asking an AI assistant connected to SmartScout for Amazon data. Requests such as a brand profile, top products for a brand, or keyword ad data were affected. TikTok Shop requests kept working.
This is fixed. Amazon questions now return answers as usual, with no action needed on your side.</p>
- Who was affected: Business plan accounts that include the Ad Spy and/or Share of Voice add-on.
- Not affected: Business accounts without an add-on, and Enterprise accounts.
