Create, chart, and manage Analyst dashboards right from your AI assistant

If you have the SmartScout Analyst, there are five new tools for working with Analyst dashboards, so you can save, chart, and manage real dashboards without leaving your LLM agent
‍

  • list_documents: see every dashboard you've already saved.
  • get_document: pull up a saved dashboard's current, live data, re-run fresh every time, not a stale snapshot from whenever you last opened it.
  • save_document: save the result of a question as a brand-new dashboard, with one chart or table, or several together as a true multi-panel dashboard.
  • update_document: rename a dashboard, change its description, or replace what it shows entirely.
  • delete_document: remove a dashboard you no longer need.

When you save or update a dashboard, you can also choose to render a result as a bar chart or line chart instead of a plain table, and mix chart types and tables freely across the panels of a single dashboard.

Everything you create shows up in Analyst alongside anything you've built there directly, and only you can see your own saved dashboards.

Try asking your assistant things like:
‍

  • "Save this as a dashboard called Top Brands"
  • "Show that as a bar chart instead"
  • "Build me a dashboard with brand revenue, a weekly trend, and top subcategories"
  • "What dashboards do I already have saved?"
  • "Update my Top Brands dashboard to include units sold too"
  • "Delete my old test dashboard"
    ‍

Available only to accounts with the Analyst add-on.
